Because most gameservers generally attract (D)DoS attacks, we currently do not allow them on our network.

It depends on the transforming and the quantity. Atom C2750 for a single or two transcodings at a quality of HD ready (720p) would be more than OK, in my tests, I was able to stream to 1080p two streams simultaneously without a single glitch on a Plex server.
• If a program actually fits in memory and has enough disk space, it is guaranteed to crash.
• If such a program has not crashed yet, it is waiting for a critical moment before it crashes.
Real ISOs are fine. Otherwise, no.
The Atoms are not. The E-2134, E-2136 can be customized to fit your request.
