Finally Storage VPS Offers Are Back In Stock Plus Some Shared Offers - servaRICA

servarica_haniservarica_hani Hosting ProviderOG

Hi All

Finally after the big move to our own private datacenter suit , we have more room for expansion.
This is the first offer after the expansion and soon you will get different offers once we install new servers (anyone looking for dedicated storage servers with excellent price per TB? or colocation ? )

Chia rush was not easy, the cost of the disks and JBODs went up by significant margin and never returned to pre Chai pricing . This forced us to tweak the offers a little bit so we can still get some profit out of them

This time we are adding approx 2PB of storage capacity :)

Not all offers can be posted here as some are outside pricing limit
The plans and all our special VPS offers are here

Congratulations! The move was the only outage had with @servarica_hani, I think, so I can definitely recommend them!

    Thanks, appreciate the recommendation
We usually suffer from lack of reviews as we never ask for them so it is really rare when someone review or recommend us :)

  • Heh, conveniently located for backing up my BHS Kimsufi ;). I'm potentially interested in a dedi but competing with OVH sounds hard..

  • Congrats on the new suite. :)

Adding another recommendation. I have a Mouse storage server with them from a 2019 BF offer that's still rolling along very well. I've been using it as a backup box and Minio bucket. In the entire time, it had 1 uplink network outage in January and compensation was offered for the downtime.

Obligatory bench below. Note that the Mouse was regular HDD and ipv6-based, so not necessarily reflective of the newer plans and hardware, but it might give people a sense of disk and network over time.

There aren't as many Canadian locations/providers at LE pricing range, and it's nice to see more decent providers in this space.

  • I'd be happy with an ipv6-only server if it saved the cost of an ipv4 address.

polarbear storage from last BF, pushing nightly backups to it so today logged in after quite some time to check and actually run a bench to post and recommend your services @servarica_hani because performance is decent and stable.

sadly just now iowait is through the roof. fio looks not so bad, no idea if network is saturated (iperf is a mixed bag) to cause this or a combination :/ afaik the storage is somewhat SAN?

maybe it's because of the new offers and people putting it to use already. will monitor if I see an impact on the time the backup process usually takes ;-)

It should be cheaper price per TB/month than OVH
but it is not so low end , the server will be in 80$ range , but it will have enough TBs to make it good deal

  • Cool, and I'm not too worried about features of the ipv6 network, as long as I can back up a BHS Kimsufi to it. The huge server sounds like a good deal too, but I'm unfortunately not yet ready for anything like that.
