Thanks for your question, we can not offer double Traffic at the moment, with the higher electricity pricing in NL this is already a very tight offer. We probably will not be able to offer it at this pricing again.

and will users be able to customize port mapping in the future?
like others mentioned, some applications only support certain ports.

Thanks for your question! At the moment it is not planned to automate that, if you need a specific port please let me know and I will check if it is free. If it is just enough to forward the external Port to the internal specific port this is also possible.

will it be possible to use iptables on my VM to configure IPv4 port forwarding, or it will have to be manual on your end?

Public IPv4 Port XXXX (as assigned) <-> Port 12345 Internal IPv4

    I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.

forward the external Port to the internal specific port

Yes. This is what i'm asking for and so is @cybertech
Is it customizable on user control panel?

I know it's possible via iptables on users' end but it surely will be much more convenient if it's available on control panel.

You can use iptables inside your VPS. Would be Public port as assigned > Internal Port as assigned > Your Port.

Please check my answer above. There is no management in our Client Area, sorry.

May I ask for which services specific ports are necessary (except 80, 443, 25 and so on)?

seems like port "rerouting" within the internal IP works.

External IP port xxxx (as assigned) <> Internal IP port xxxx (as assigned)

above port forwarding is fixed and already done by provider

Internal IP port xxxx (as assigned) <> Internal IP port custom (determined by user)

    did the above in nftables

    aaaaaaaand it works!!!!!!

    awwww wyeahhhhhh

Yes. I'm aware of that but IMO customized port mapping should be available on the panel.

May I ask for which services specific ports are necessary (except 80, 443, 25 and so on)?

minus mail related ports plus NFS port and few extra ports that cloudflare supports.

Where can I find VNC connection info? The web novnc is kind of broken. Pressing keys only once = pressing twice in novnc
Is it a problem on my end?

Thanks for the feedback regarding the ports.

We only offer NOVNC, sorry. Just checked and from my point of view it is working as intended, no other customers are complaining, if this issue persists please open a Ticket with us.

All existing and new Storage VPS have Unmetered Incoming Traffic from now on, have fun :)

  • After included outgoing Traffic is used, the Uplink(incoming and outgoing) is capped to 10 Mbit till the beginning of the next traffic billing cycle.

Once outgoing traffic limit is reached, incoming speed is capped to 10Mbps as well? Does the 10Mbps cap apply to storage vps now?

and traffic stats reset at 1st day every month or the order day of each month?

    Thanked by (1)mxmla

As soon as all outgoing Traffic was used, Incoming and Outgoing Network is limited to 10 Mbits.

Counters are reset on the order day each month.
