Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, starting with your next service renewal, C1V Hosting – Lumanex S.r.l.
will update the fees for VPS, VPN, and Hosting services, as required by Article 11 of the General Contract
Conditions.
In recent months, infrastructure, energy, and connectivity costs have increased significantly across the
market, and in parallel, C1V Hosting – Lumanex S.r.l. has embarked on a process of technical and
qualitative improvement of its services.
We have strengthened our data centers, redundancy systems, and distribution network, with the aim of
ensuring higher performance, greater stability, and greater resilience for all active services.
To support these investments and continue to offer professional-level reliability and security standards,
starting with your next renewal, the fees for VPS, VPN, and Hosting services will be increased by €2.50/
month (or €30.00/year for annual plans). The price increase excludes VAT.
The new price will take effect automatically, unless you cancel within 90 days of this notice.
If you do not wish to accept the change, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty within
90 days by logging into your customer area and selecting "My services → Withdrawal" on our website, or
by contacting us through the support portal https://helpdesk.c1vhosting.it/index.php?a=add&catid=19.
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period (90 days from
notification), C1V Hosting – Lumanex S.r.l. will fully refund the Customer all amounts paid for the Service
following the adjustment, within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of notification of withdrawal, using the
same payment method you used.
Any additional advance payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the applicable
contractual terms and conditions.
However, if no cancellation is made within this period, the change will be deemed accepted and fully
effective.

Any regular here will have had their fair warning with the provider, but for some services the low reliability was high enough taking in account the low price for the VPS.

As such I've had fun with the offers. With 30 Euro's added on a yearly basis, that obviously is not the case anymore.
