    We provide a default VPC for each user, in each region, for free. the automatically created free VPC will provide you with a quiet layer 2 network, free of ARP broadcasts from other users and layer 2 communication hazards.

  • Do you support VNC?
    Supported. Each VM, can use a browser to access the VNC tool. Even if the VM has a setting error, it can be maintained through VNC.

  • Do you support Security Groups?
    We provide security groups function. Each VM can use custom security groups, or public security groups.

  • What happen if bandwidth limit reached?
    We only count outbound traffic. If the VM runs out of outbound traffic, the VM's public network speed will drop to the throttling speed. The throttling speed is unmertered. The throttling speed is only valid for the public network, your intranet speed is free and unmerterd.

  • Is IPv6 available?
    IPv6 is supported and each VM is automatically assigned 8 IPv6 addresses.

  • Can I resize the Special offer?
    Special orders allow configuration changes after purchase, but discount for Special plans will be automatically removed. After the special order is customized, it will become a custom order and become the original price.

  • What is the setup time?

    supported. Each VM, can use a browser to access the VNC tool. Even if the VM has a setting error, it can be maintained through VNC

  • Do you support Security Groups?
    We provide security groups function. Each VM can use custom security groups, or public security groups.

  • What happen if bandwidth limit reached?
    We only count outbound traffic. If the VM runs out of outbound traffic, the VM's public network speed will drop to the throttling speed. The throttling speed is unmertered. The throttling speed is only valid for the public network, your intranet speed is free and unmerterd.

  • Is IPv6 available?
    IPv6 is supported and each VM is automatically assigned 8 IPv6 addresses.

  • Can I resize the Special offer?
    Special orders allow configuration changes after purchase, but discount for Special plans will be automatically removed. After the special order is customized, it will become a custom order and become the original price.

  • What is the setup time?
