<p>After analyzing the traffic of the last few months, we found that we pay hundreds of EURs for the guaranteed 1150Mbps connection (2000Mbps best-effort) despite the fact that we have a monthly consumption that does not even reach 25%.</p>

<p>Therefore, because we plan to go up to 5Gbps guaranteed very soon anyway, we have changed the policy from 10TB/month to unlimited traffic/month on the condition of having an acceptable usage.</p>

<p>What is acceptable use?<br />
Acceptable use means not abusing the received resources by using them at maximum capacity for more than a few consecutive hours.<br />
Since the definition is quite vague, you can see that you have a problem if for 3 EUR per month you consume 300 EUR of traffic.<br />
To limit the consequences of a possible abuse, you can contact us through the ticket system before the purchase or pay only for one month so that you can migrate to another provider if your services will be limited to a lower speed in the event of the discovery of any abuse. (we have good news, the discount percentage applies to both monthly and annual payments)</p>
