Regarding CPU FAIR Share we have setup CPU Threshold in Control panel if more then 25% of CPU used for more then 30 minutes at a time then your VPS will be suspended, you will need to submit a support ticket to reactivate it, but if it keeps happening at regular interval, then we will CAP your CPU at 25%

Also 30 minutes is enough, i ran YABS, network speed benchmarks etc... all of it worked fine
