How does it work?

• 1 token = $1 - We give you 1 token just for signing up.
• Add credit when you have had time to test it, $5 minimum, and currently a $10 maximum.
• No need to commit, if it's not for you, then no problem, you lost nothing.

What is a NAT KVM Anyway?

• For those that somehow still don't know how their own routers at home probably work, you share an external IP, you get ports forwarded to your VPS so you can connect.

A bit more about the product for those still reading:

• Really, per hour, your credit is indefinite; you don't pay anything to exist, if nothing is active, you pay nothing.
• You get a whole /24 allocated to your account, and you allocate your own IP addresses from that.
• Every VPS gets 2 x TCP+UDP ports
• If you allocate 10.0.20.2 to VPS 1 in London, and 10.0.20.3 to VPS 2 in Canada, they can directly communicate with each other over your bridged LAN on any port.
• You can set up your own tftpd/ipxe server on your LAN and enable/disable DHCP
• You can boot into ipxe directly and chinload netboot.xyz if you want, and install whatever you need.

5. Click on the "Forgot password" option.
6. Enter the email address associated with your NAT VPS account. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and log in.

Please note that at this time, the new billing portal is available for France location only. However, we are actively working towards migrating all NAT VPS locations to the new portal in the near future.
For clients with NAT VPS services in locations other than France, please rest assured that your services continue to function as usual through our existing billing portal. No action is required from your end.

Alternatively, if you prefer to wait for the affected node to be restored, your data will remain intact. However, please note that we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for the restoration process due to external factors.

What on earth is a Micronode Instance?

The Micronode instance range is a way for you to create virtual private servers in any of our locations at any specification you like.

What are the costs?

MicroNode instances work on a pre-paid credit based system. Credits are valid for 1 year regardless of the amount of resource used.

Credits cost £10 per year each however we will be offering 50% off on the Black Friday launch.

What does one credit give me?

Once credit = 512MB RAM and 20GB Disk

What happens when I've used all of my resources?

You can simply purchase more credits or delete some instances to free up resource.

What about CPU cores?

Instances can only ever be single core.

How many instances does 1 credit get me?

The Minimum requirements to provision an instance is 64MB RAM and 3GB disk. You can provision up to 6 instances with 3GB Disk and 85MB RAM or less higher spec'd instances.

But you only have 3 locations

As more locations are added to our NatVPS range they will also become available to Micronode instances. We aim to add a minimum of 4 locations per year.

What happens if a location is out of stock?

We will aim to add more stock as soon as possible. We will ensure that at least 1 location has available resources to create instances. You will not be entitled to a refund unless no locations are available.

Is this fully supported?

No. Instances come with no support unless a location is down. If your instance is down the recommendation is to delete it and create a new one.

Can I re-install the OS on an instance?

No. Instances cannot be re-provisioned, they must be deleted and re-created.

If I delete an instance can I get the IP address(es) back?

No

Can I migrate an instance to another location?

No. You can however delete your instance and re-create it in another location.

Can I change the specifications of an instance?

No. You can however delete your instance and re-create it with your required specifications.

I think I got Lighty tuned pretty well, though probably not optimal. For PHP I only followed some guide and it works, no idea if I should tune it to be nice resource wise somehow.
But reading about tuning MariaDB/MySQL, it strikes me as quite complex, and I'm bound to miss some points I should consider.

So, I'm boldly asking if someone here might have a nice cheatsheet/fitting template to share here?

(I'm running this on Debian 10 ATM, also considering Alpine to free up more resources.)
