I have been promoting VirMach for several years and currently have an affiliate balance of $143.85 USD, marked as available for withdrawal in the system. However, no affiliate commission has ever been successfully paid out since 2022.

Over a long period of time, I have submitted withdrawal requests and opened multiple support tickets. Unfortunately, these tickets are consistently left unanswered for weeks and eventually closed or ignored.

I also attempted to raise this issue in the community, but no official response from VirMach has been provided so far, which is why I’m now opening a dedicated thread.

No one responds to support tickets

Online chat says they are online but they never answer

Leaving a message for online chat and pressing Send shows: SMTP invalid

Trying to boot the VPS from the portal says: Command failed, create support ticket

The network status always says no issues but this has happened many times in the last months, but then it starts to work again.

Is there any issues or information about Oneil Online??? They were advertised on LowEndBox.
