Closure of Syntho Hosting's Italy Location and Customer Migration Options

Syntho Hosting announces that the Italy location will be decommissioned on March 20, 2025.

For customers currently hosted in the Italy location, we are offering two options:

1. Free migration to our infrastructure in Germany, which will continue to operate as usual.

2. Partial refund for annual services, as an alternative to migration.

Customers may choose only one of the two options by submitting a request through a support ticket on our platform.

All requests must be submitted no later than March 10, 2025. After this date, neither migration nor refunds will be available.

Customers on the ECO Service (Node ECO2)

Customers using the ECO service on node ECO2 will be migrated automatically on February 16, 2025. Further updates on maintenance and technical operations will follow.

Exciting updates are coming in the near future. In the meantime, our Germany location will continue to operate normally, ensuring high performance and reliability.
