Beta Test - Disclaimers (Before Nov. 29th)

If you participate in the sale before Friday, November 29, 2024 (12:01AM PST) you will be considered a public beta tester. If you're here in the future, you can safely ignore these details. Please consider all of the following very carefully before participating in the beta test.

REQUIRED PARTICIPATION

• You will be required to participate in this thread, for any support questions and issues.
• You will be expected to follow any important updates posted here relating to the flash sale.
• Although optional, we recommend discussing any bugs, errors, or issues you face.

DISCOUNT & LIMITATIONS

For participating in the beta, you may receive an additional discount in the form of a code.

• You will receive a coupon in this thread. Coupons rotate. One-time, counting towards first months free.
• Beta coupons are limited in quantity per batch released. It's your decision to order without one.
• For the period that equals the discount received, service will have 0% SLA and no support.
• It is your responsibility to apply the coupon. It cannot and will not be applied retroactively.

LIMITED BUG SUPPORT & OTHER IMPORTANT STIPULATIONS

• By participating in this beta test, you understand that your service may be affected by a bug.
• We will be making active system updates which may have unintended consequences.
• There may not be any backward compatibility for these fixes, especially if they are rare.
• You may have to pay attention to this thread for any work-arounds for any serious bugs.
• Activations will take longer during the first few days of the sale on certain nodes that are not ready.
• If we lose tracking of your service, it may be cancelled and refunded instead of activated.
• Your service may be migrated, rebooted, or have the IP address changed without notice.
• We recommend backing up important files for at least the first 2 weeks.

During the beta test, we are more likely to cancel any plans for any reason, even after activation, especially if the system made an error. Check the thread for related updates and announcement for terminations. We highly recommend not participating in the beta test if this could be upsetting.
