Hi Virmach,
Thanks for the experience with the Mystery Box, it was fun to be part of it.
Seeing I have not been able to use it so far, I'd like to cancel it by the end of the billing period.
It would be nice if there was some usable life in the offer, preferably about as long as the two years that the billing period runs.
I read the yellow banner above, "Contact us" , and the 'cancellation howto' on the ticketing page, that directed me to the cancellation page. I'm confused. I'll post the text verbatim on both places, with a copy on LES to be sure it might get read.
