We already offer BGP sessions, and as my colleague has already said, we're just waiting on the datacenter to roll out V6 connectivity for us. We're also separate companies with separate objectives. - Sam

There isn’t a fixed ETA but we’re looking at around a week for all clients. Fees will probably be <£10/month and there could be a setup fee - not 100% sure yet.

That's just log-in page. People usually prefer to check plans, etc... No one will just blindly register first.
I made a step forward and removed "deploy" and "?les" from your url to land on the base page, but even there I can't see your so called "most popular plan".
Is there a way to check this plan with all payment terms (monthly? yearly?) and put it in the shopping card before actual account registration?
You can check our landing page but as HS1 is a new plan, it hasn't been updated on the site yet. It is indeed the most popular plan as we have 4x more clients with HS1 than with any other plan combined.
The plan is £1.80/month whether or not you pay yearly or monthly etc, there is no bulk discount at the minute. The system on our panel works through a balance so you are able to pay in advance for however much you want.
To be transparent, we've never had an issue with this before and people have always been happy to sign up. If we have multiple people asking about it, it can definitely be added for the next update. Our panel is not WHMCS with hundreds of features. We wanted to seem original and didn't want to use WHMCS as every host in existence uses this and it's just so overrated & boring in my opinion, so, it is fairly basic at the minute.

If you will, yes. You pay into your balance, and then you can create a VM using your balance.
I'd just like to clarify the following:
When you deploy your VPS, it is deployed without an OS, hostname, or password/ssh key. On the server list, it will show the following.
The bright orange setup button on the right automatically signs you into our Virtfusion panel (manage.hostaris.com), this is where you set up the VPS. We have had a handful of clients who have not realized this and they have been waiting days for the VPS to set up - some of which have complained about slow setup times.
I don't buy any without an invoice first.
Our system is hard-coded. We have no way to provide you with an invoice beforehand.
I personally don't see the issue with putting money into your balance and then creating a VPS straight after.
The difference is in refunds.
The customer cannot get a refund to their credit card for a non-working VPS, because the VPS was purchased from account balance.
