My 2 cents:
up to date PHP
lots of features, including some really rare ones (Pascal! )
only 3 gigs of space
"PHP interpreters 3" and "System processes 15" suggest that this may be suitable only for very low traffic websites, or as a dev environment

You can automate the login in via ssh (keys) - at least this is what I am doing for (at least) last 12 months on theirs other free webhosting ct8.pl ;') /serv00.com seems like a copy-paste, but in English rather than local Polish/

No idea what is the uptime or stability - this runs single wordpress website for small group of people that visit it like once a month - never monitored it - however I can say that if I went there to do something (WP update or post a thing) it was always online and they haven't lost my data :P
