As far as I understand free offers does not require a provider tag. I also think most of the interest of people visiting here are in VPS, not shared hosting. We'll see though if its worth the investment at some point.

You are correct. Anyone can post free stuff threads, and it does not have to be hosting related.

Indeed. That is why we are strictly enforcing Fraudlabs detection. Orders that go through are still checked to ensure nothing malicious goes through.
