Hourly IPv6 VPS for experiments
I had a new idea! What if I use IPv6 instead of IPv4? Has anyone thought of this??
What's the cheapest hourly-billed VPS to play with public-facing services with full IPv6 support??
I'm sure there's a ton of options, so I'll qualify a bit:
- Europe
- full /64 IPv6 per VPS
- No setup cost
- Hourly billing
- No special offers
- 1 vCPU / 1 GB RAM / 10 GB NVME
The best IPv4 box I found was hetzner for almost €5/month. Pathetic. Surely ipv6 is more along the LES spirit
Edit: For other poor schmucks looking at this thread after the fact: Consider applying for FOSSVPS if you are an open source developer: https://lowendspirit.com/discussion/10104/free-vps-for-open-source-developers-with-fossvps/p1

It’s OK if you disagree with me. I can’t force you to be right!
Tierhive doesn't support IPv6. So until they do - what to use?

@IAmNix
Thanks for the mention - yes we are 'free' for Open Source developers and have full IPv6. We use NAT but have a really cool reverse proxy so http / https is directed to your VPS. Oh and it is 2cpu, 4G Ram and 64G disk.
So why limit to hourly use
