AMSD018 is still in maintenance mode (i.e. my VMs are down). Its about 3 weeks now. Coincidentally I managed to raise a ticket today even though the first time around I entered all the details, went to send and got thrown back to the login screen. Marked by AI for a human to inspect.....
One thing is the extreme downtime, AMSD025 has been down longer than AMSD018 for me. But then Network Status and Announcement pages says nothing ... It would be nice to have a little bit of info/insight into what's happening ...

Yup, no change ... 2 of my 3 AMSD0xx VM's are down ...
