What's up with IonSwitch?
Has anyone experienced issues with IonSwitch.com lately?
I've been receiving overdue payment emails for a service I already paid for. I submitted a support ticket but haven't received a response yet.
I tried making another payment to resolve the issue, but it didn't help. At this point, I've paid three times the original amount, and my service has still been suspended.
Has anyone else had this problem or found a way to resolve it?

Hasn't IonSwitch been a dead/abandoned company for many months? I've read multiple times people having issues with no support for months.
