Cleaning out some low-end services

I'm cleaning out the following in case there's any interest. I haven't checked with the providers whether transfers are allowed or what the conditions/fees are.

    It's simpler and less hassle to cancel/let things expire rather than transfer. The only reason to offer a transfer is because there might be others who want one of the offers that's no longer available. Instead, insinuations of greed... yeah, definitely not worth the hassle. Quite happy to cancel and get $0. Thanks.
