Whats next?

New Cloud Plaform

As we head into Q1 2024, We're thrilled to release our brand-new v6Node Cloud Platform.
We're building something from the ground up, focusing on a better user experience and laying the foundation for our long list of future features.
Imagine a platform where everything is just a click away, thanks to a sleek single-page application with Vue.js – this means faster access, no more waiting for page reloads, and an overall more fluid experience.

Later on, this platform will also be available as a bundle with our baremetal lineup and as a standalone product, allowing you to use it with your own infrastructure.

Can't wait to share more in a separate post soon!

Why v6Node?

Complete Infrastructure Ownership

Every piece of our infrastructure is wholly owned by us. This includes our server hardware and networking equipment, giving us full control over our operations and ensuring the highest standards of service

No Compromises on Equipment

We choose equipment based on what we would use for our own applications. This includes redundant power supply units, enterprise-grade NVMe storage with power loss protection, and server-grade mainboards. Our commitment is to provide reliability and performance, for us and for you

Custom-Built Control Panel - Balancing Usability with Flexibility

Our in-house developed control panel is a testament to our focus on usability and adaptability.
It's designed to make managing your Node as easy as it can be with a straightforward and efficient approach.

Freebies

Last but not least we're offering 4x 10€ account credit for our cloud platform.
Leave one or more comments to qualify, the winners will be randomly selected on Monday 27.11

Thank you!
Ian

  • v6Node has no IPv6-only nodes 😓

HostBrr aff best VPS; VirmAche aff worst VPS.

Of course, we do have IPv6 only Nodes. It's just not part of this promotion given the already very attractive price point :)

  • I have one of the older AMD EPYC 7402 24-Core Processor nodes plans. The 6 core one. Anyway I can move pro-rated to these newer machines?

    Team push-ups!

  • Can you take a capture of your new platform?

Unfortunately not as this is a limited one-time promotion

  • To freebies, to v6Node.

MicroLXC is lovable. Uptime of C1V

  • Go go go

    Want free vps ? https://microlxc.net

  • Last November, I preordered a Node 4GB VPS from v6node at 36€ per year. The server is excellent and very stable.

  • 145 days ago, I bought from @iandk 2 vpses, I like the service and uptime. I have only 1 downtime for 6 minutes (based on hetrixtools (monitoring since end of September 2023)). It's time to buy one (or two) more. Thank you for a good support response time (I have only 1 email about ISO mounting).

    Thanked by (1)iandk

Frontend is still a heavy work in progress, as we have spent most of the time on the backend side so far
Most of the frontend work will start with the next sprint
So take it with a grain of salt :)

I hope to have it included in the first release already. I'm aware that this is a highly requested feature

HetrixTools IPv6 ping monitor for last 4 months. Good shit!

However there is no VNC/ISO so it's mostly idle-ing atm so if you need those kinda no go.

(plus I paid more than this BF price!11oneoenoen ;) ).

EDIT @iandk you really should advertise the snapshots in these posts, it's kinda nice feature for lowend market.

Haven't bought a single service in VirMach Great Ryzen 2022 - 2023 Flash Sale.

It is being worked on and will be part of the upcoming platform.
I announced it a bit too early as I made the decision around the same time to start working on the all-new platform.

The current backend is lacking in the aspect of modularity so a backporting it doesn't make much sense given the completely different integration
