  2. Can a monthly plan be changed to annual at some later date, retaining the recurring discount?

     Ans. Yes it can be changed—just open a ticket.

  3. The monthly amount in the Client Portal doesn't display the discounted rate.
     Ans. The discount rates are reflected in the invoice whereas the portal shows the standard price of the plan.

  4. Virtualizor link within Client Portal goes to a blank page.
     Ans. We have fixed that. The clientexec portal now enables you to directly login to the Virtualizer panel.

  5. Control panel login details, supplied via email, don't give access.
     Ans. This was resolved directly with the user.
