Non-US Cheap Domain Registrars

From what I can see, most very cheap registrars are based in United States. What cheap domain registrars do you use, which are not based in United States?

I am not interested in resellers using some US registrar in the backend. I am more interested in actual registrars of which companies are not in US.

    I use netim.com for some domains. They are french and they add free basic hosting + email to every domain.
    Also +1 for domainoffensive.de

    It seems they price domains on a monthly basis, which I’ve always found to be an unusual practice.

    I use Oxxa.com and OpenDomainRegistry.net , both companies are based in The Netherlands with competitive pricing imho.

    Anyone has experience with "site.nl" (or their local variants, site.eu site.fr site.es etc.)?
    Looks like it's based in the Netherlands (registered as "Site BV"), they have a few interesting offers for domains.
    However the website seems a bit, hmmm, "off" and I can't locate trustable reviews (search engines will return all sorts of "site" sites... clever...)
