    I'm fairly certain that Dallas still exists, at least, last I heard. VirMach doesn't exist in Dallas any more though.

    Last I heard the state of Texas was actively trying to go back to the late 1800's but had yet to actually succeed. I think it would've been on the news if they had.

    I'm within 2 hours of Dallas (used to have a host there). Regarding that speed test, I'm mildly amused that I can get the same D/L speeds from Tokyo, JP as I can from Chicago, IL. It does looks like one of my hosts is optimally placed (LA) per that test.

    @VirMach NYC Metro, NJ speed test with defaults doesn't work ATM.
