Your server is in the provisioning module right now and it’s been driving me crazy, I have a headache and had to leave the facility. I couldn’t find a water fountain, I swear they had one. I’m going to the gas station to get gas, water, maybe alcohol and some scratch off tickets. I guess I do have to go back because I left everything* there and just walked out, darn it.
So in conclusion everything is going pretty well, soon.
@Kris your server now has working power controls, and networking-ish probably. It also technicallyyyyy has KVM, you just have to be right next to it at the moment. Most importantly though it doesn't have OS installs working and I have no idea what happened to the one I installed for you like a month ago, I think it's on some other server at this point.
I'm going home but you're going to get your server one way or another today, as long as I don't sleep for 20 hours. I'm not really tired, definitely exhausted, but I need to go put the garbage out before I miss another week, boxes are piling up. And probably do a few other normal human things like buy eggs or something.
Someone remind me to take a yoga mat with me next time I'm an old man now my knees hurt. Maybe a heated blanket
Oh my god finally. Turns out to boost productivity all I needed to do was not halfway sit on a cold floor while awkwardly balancing a 13 inch laptop between my lap and the specific spot it needed to be to have the serial port not pop out.
@Kris your server's basically ready I don't actually know how well anything else works but it's all yours. I mean I'm already doing a victory lap but it's still technically possible for it to break on the third checkpoint. I have no idea what disk it's even installing this on but if you run into issues you can always turn it off and on with the perfectly working power cycle button.

I recommend having always one RB450G (or the new RB450Gx4) in the work bag. Capable router/nat/kludgemaker, has PoE and works even with a powerbank.
Has real serial console (not the usb knockoff that plagues most adapters) accessible via network that has worked with evertything I have ever plugged it in. A cheap wifi router with it, and you can comfortably do yoga on the yoga mat.

I have an IP and it looked like the panel was half finished installing, so trying it on the normal ISOs to see if I can get something booted or pinging. Ty Virmach!
Today's plan is to get everyone else's dedicated servers up for those that expressed interest in a customized configuration, and then to try to get the KVM switch working remotely. Then, assuming it all goes well, getting all the servers put into the system, fixing any issues as they pop up, and if there's any time left over, finishing up all the VPS nodes including those on VirtFusion. Hello it is me 8 hours in the future and it is not all going well, so I've crossed out what we're definitely not going to be able to do today.
PDUs and switches have already been ordered in for the incoming dual E5's. I still need to get more ethernet cables and power cables for them. Three cabinets have been ordered, these are longer depth and can hold lots of Epyc nodes, but the deal for those in bulk didn't go through yet. The vendor we used for the drive trays for the E5's sent us blanks instead, so once I get home I'll have to 3D print something for them instead otherwise it'll automatically push everything for the E5's a week out. I already have a design I did for other E5's that I can modify and I have 3 or 4 printers that can chug them out pretty quickly.
UPDATE --
KVM switch technically works remotely, just not with the server control panel.
PXE only works once. So beta testers will have to pick their OS and they get one shot to install it.
I assumed the software we're using would have PXE profiles that handle the last bullet point but it doesn't, at least not in our case with our motherboards. I'll mess around with BIOS versions, everything I know about how it works means we need to make our own profiles. Basically for anyone interested or who knows about this and can maybe help out, PXE works, once it installs an OS, it switches to the OS as first boot option instead of PXE. Feel free to make fun of me in your response.

So how many hours you said? Will it happen before I go to sleep?
I'll be waiting.
Edit: wait I think I run out of money already and again.
Yours is at the bottom of the rack on the second cab, so it'll be done last. Server 37 is first, server 10 (yours) is last. For some reason I started at 37 or else yours would have been first, I think it's because I didn't feel like squatting.
It'll be set up without payment, you have a week to pay before the system maybe does something about it

Is Virmach sleeping?
what kind of alcohol do you take?
i recommend johnnie walker for a quick fix.
I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.
Too cold, not enough pillows. I wonder if they'd let me put in a sleeping pod if we ever got a cage.
Main switch is rebooting.

He drank the gas, put water into the car, poured alcohol in window washer fluid reservoir, and left the scratch off tickets in the CD-ROM.

It will fail on the fourth checkpoint.
I was expecting it to fail on the third, but it worked. Now I don't know what to do

He deserves to sleep... after delivering some servers.

QuickPacket - Dedicated Servers in Ashburn, Los Angeles, Chicago
@VirMach
My service will be due at 2025/07/04. I have waited until now to message you again. Can you unsuspend my service now? It has been months.
She easily can handle 2 servers in opposite directions at the same time.
Can @VirMach do that? I doubt.
@Kris how is it going? Is the server servering?
Ask him in about 10 minutes.
