Irrelevant to offer itself but why you complicated company identification by using additional branding? Not blaming you, just wondering what was the rationale behind this decision.

We offer cPanel based webhosting on SmokyHosts , however, ever since WebPros took over cPanel and started the annual price increase along with per account billing, we had no choice but to begin passing on some of the burden to our customers. Then the choice was, either loose customers who no longer want to accomodate the annual price rise, or move everybody to some other control panel, for example Directadmin.
At this juncture, we chose to do both, we continued to offer cPanel to those who wanted to continue to host on cPanel while paying the premium it came with, and instead of loosing the other customers, we floated a new subsidiary 0frills where the more price sensitive customers can be moved, while still offering the same uptime and support that they trusted over the years.
