For clarity; you want us to raise a Ticket, for you to then provide an appropriate equivalent/alternative package?

I did. You made me a good offer but never answered the ticket or delivered. The service was terminated, and the second ticket was already closed. Good job!

  • I noticed one of my services had been cancelled, it was one they said I would not be able to renew due to the configuration of it. but I have just noticed that ALL my services have been set to cancel without the option to renew and without any notification

They'll be extending the duration of these services until they're migrated to newer hardware. Just make sure to poke them days before they expire just in case, to prevent accidents. But they haven't been silently cancelled with the intention of getting rid of you. It's just an... interesting way to handle servers to be processed.

EDIT: Just for clarification, so far they've been extending the duration of these services, free of charge. You're not even being billed at the moment.

they have not even contacted us to let us know about this, so I have lost one service without notification, nothing important was on it, because I already stopped using it last year when they said they would not renew that one, but I noticed all my services have been set to cancel. it has rubbed me the wrong way :( I will wait until there is a few months left on them if the system has not been updated I will migrate them to a new provider. the usage of what are almost minimal for a reddit bot to assist with moderation and a very small website.

I'd have expected this one, because again, they told you they'd not renew it. Unfortunate that WHMCS doesn't notify you right before a service is going to be cancelled.

All non-migrated yearlies are on cancellation status, but they're not actually cancelling them. I guess they did it so you aren't billed for the time being.

they did actually cancel this one. I have 2 3GB ending at the start of 2026 that are the ones I am actually utilizing I hope they do not actually cancel.

Never make the same mistake twice. There are so many new ones to make.
It’s OK if you disagree with me. I can’t force you to be right.
