  • Just be careful of their renewal policies, I cancelled my vps 7 days before my renewal after I noticed my card was charged (7 days before renewal, surprised me). I was not using the vps and planned to cancel at the end of the current term. Was told by billing I need to cancel 30 days before. My vps is now canceled 7 days before the renewal, they got a free $10 for the next month and can now reuse the vps for someone else. So just beware of the renewal process and maybe not keep a credit card on file for autocharging.

  • I was stunned by their customer service, I didn't see the email about the charge till 6 days before the end of the term, then when I asked customer service they said oh well if it was yesterday (7 days before) we might have been able to refund and cancel. But not now, it was a very cold repsonse, never had such a response from customer service before, most hosts are usually forthcoming and helpful. I didn't dispute the charge but found out later I was banned from purchasing any more services by "the management". All I can do now is let people know about my experience.

Well, their google reviews also matches your experience... You should have definitely charged back.

It’s OK if you disagree with me. I can’t force you to be right!
IPv4: 32 bits of stress. IPv6: 128 bits of... well, more stress... Have anyone seen my subnet?

  • Always same boring discount.

Boring discounts are much better then Awesome discounts, but your site is down for 50% of the time, the company shuts down their service halfway through your 1 year contract...

    Thanked by (2)skorous Clouvider
