I used uBlock Origin on Chrome, but Google kept disabling it under different pretexts.
Switched to Vivaldi with "Block Trackers & Ads" on across all my machines.
Apple Private Relay + Adguard DNS is a solid combo - way less intrusive than Wipr, and you still block most trackers without breaking sites. I switched to it last year after getting tired of buttons disappearing or forms not loading.
Switch to a all in one list, that only blocks ads and nothing else. Your family will not come back and tell you that "abc" site isn't loading with this:
It’s OK if you disagree with me. I can’t force you to be right!
IPv4: 32 bits of stress. IPv6: 128 bits of... well, more stress... Have anyone seen my subnet?

Didn't found anything yet that the list blocks, but still great to have that in mind if that ever happens.
Got a lot:

AdGuard Home with various lists for network-wide adblock (all DNS traffic is forced through it), then uBlock Origin in all browsers
Other places you can find me
go-hole with a few blocklists, and that's it
Try this blocklist?
