That's not the half of it. Clicking on "Domain" "Hosting" or "Servers" on the latest firefox opens a blank page in a new tab, and nothing else.

Confirmed also on a Chromium-based browser.

They'd need to correct the theme for that to open as a link redirect - should be a 5-minute change on the template file. But if you click on VPS servers on the dropdown menu it goes to where it is supposed to go.

We already know the issues of the theme, we are doing a new theme without these issues and it will be live as soon as possible.

I am going to chime in here. Spend some time fixing your site, you are very close to losing your tag. The rules state a working site and billing panel.

Customers can place orders and automation is working well. The structure we are currently using has been successfuly providing service for over a year. There are minor bugs, but as I mentioned, we are working on a new theme and will be upgrading to an even better version. There is nothing preventing our site from running and the blank redirects on the header side are not a major problem.

End of story you have been warned. Read the rules arguing it is considered a time sink. Do the work as I stated or lose the tag I could honestly not care which you choose.

Weird... I dont see anything wrong with the site... Is it a issue with certain browsers only? (I use firefox + adblocks)

Neither here.. site works fine.. I'm using chrome and Firefox with adblock

There is no debate here. I am asking for detailed information because I have been using it for over a year and have only received complaints about the interface not being modern, and now you are telling me that my website is not working properly.

I think it's better to test everything by yourself or any professional instead of arguing with others.

Even if everyone is right and your site does have issues, by testing and fixing it will boost your credibility and also it may attract more potential clients.
