VirMach Affiliate Commissions Unpaid Since 2022 – No Response to Tickets！

I’m opening this thread to document an ongoing issue with the VirMach affiliate program after attempting to resolve it both privately and publicly.

I have been promoting VirMach for several years and currently have an affiliate balance of $143.85 USD, marked as available for withdrawal in the system. However, no affiliate commission has ever been successfully paid out since 2022.

Over a long period of time, I have submitted withdrawal requests and opened multiple support tickets. Unfortunately, these tickets are consistently left unanswered for weeks and eventually closed or ignored.

I also attempted to raise this issue in the community, but no official response from VirMach has been provided so far, which is why I’m now opening a dedicated thread.

I have fully complied with the affiliate Terms of Service, and all referrals are legitimate. I am not making accusations — I am simply requesting a clear response and resolution regarding the unpaid affiliate balance.

If any VirMach staff or administrators are active here, I would appreciate your assistance. I’m also interested to hear from other affiliates who may be experiencing similar issues.

Hope vir is decent and financially well enough to repay, otherwise I suggest some customers to be cautious.

Creating a poll to ban @VirMach isn’t how this forum works. This isn’t a democracy. Admins and moderators set the rules, and if you disagree, you’re free to create your own space.

My concern is whether not paying an affiliate qualifies as a scam. I’m not calling for @VirMach to be banned. That’s not my decision to make. I’m simply flagging a potential issue and asking for their response. We only have one side of the story at this point, so I’m not here to speculate.

Personally, I would just strip their tag, no one loses, they don't advertise here anyway, they have been active here, they dont respond, they dont respond to tickets, qualifies as being a dick, not in the best interest of the community. It saves mod time on having to deal with the eternal discussion that will go one for years. I really don't see the issue, if they don't like it, they can communicate about it and it can be reconsidered based on their side of things.

That said, they dont advertise or engage here anyway, so really, does it matter? probably best for the OGF.

No, Virmach is like a dead machine now, not responding to anything or any support tickets. I'm so disappointed; I can't believe there's a provider like this.

How many referrals was that out of interest? Like how long as well?, set fee or %?

Just asking because currently TierHive referral program only gives credit for the TierHive platform, at some point it will be expanded.

I remember the whmcs and hostbill way of doing affiliates and it ABSOLUTELY SUCKED.

Rarely, from time to time, Virmach gets a boost of energy to reply to customers or come here and communicate. Virmach in my opinion is not one the best providers (mainly due to really lowend support) but it is not the worst either (10+ years active). i don't believe it should be banned, nor stripped by provider tag. Once a member here figures out Virmach is not great for production, then all is fine for them. It is really quite simple.
