Horrible Experience with heymman.com and UnReal Servers LLC – Service Terminated Without Notice or E
I am absolutely furious with heymman.com and their so-called parent company, UnReal Servers LLC (unrealservers.net). I bought a dedicated server from Heymann on 05/09/2025, paying for a full year in advance. I thought I was making a solid choice, but boy, was I wrong. Fast forward to 29/03/2026, and things took a complete nosedive.
I received an abuse ticket (Ticket ID: 203275), and the situation was beyond bizarre. The ticket was about an IP address (142.147.98.21) that wasn't even associated with my server! In fact, it was a server IP that had already been canceled, and I had never hosted any site on it. The ticket came with a message from Carter Kirsty Ann from Merseyside Police, which raised huge red flags. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, on 29/03/2026, just hours after I opened the ticket, I received a notification that my service had been terminated by the police department’s demand.
But here’s the kicker: They didn’t give me any heads-up, no time to fix anything, no notice of the termination. Just bam, it was gone, and I was left scrambling. I’ve paid for a full year, and now my server is completely shut down without any explanation or recourse.
Now, let’s talk about their Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is clearly a joke. According to heymman.com’s AUP, each customer is responsible for the activities of their users and must ensure that their users/representatives abide by the policy. It goes on to say that if any violations occur, heymman.com has the right to take action without notice to stop the offending customer. I understand the importance of following AUPs, but heymman.com didn’t even follow their own terms here. They acted without providing notice, and without any evidence of violation from my side, my service was abruptly terminated.
And don’t think the mess stops with heymman.com. Their parent company, UnReal Servers LLC, is just as bad. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or providing any sort of legitimate service. This is beyond unacceptable. A legitimate business would never treat its customers this way.
I’ve tried reaching out to both companies, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. I can’t recommend this service to anyone. Stay far away from them unless you want to risk losing your server without warning or explanation. Avoid heymman.com and UnReal Servers LLC—they are a disaster waiting to happen.

So, they have an AUP that is a joke, but you agreed to it in advance with such confidence that you paid a year up front and called it a solid decision
Then they got a legal notice from a police force, regarding your service and took action against your account, which in some cases can be justified.
I feel like you probably need to take a minute and get the facts in order and present them otherwise this reads as a rant, but if that's the goal... 10/10 I guess.
If someone takes 2 servers, and I get a legitimate and credible certified legal request from a recognised police force because there is CP hosted on the server even if it's pending cancellation, you better believe all services are being suspended and that I won't give you access to 'fix' it.
I appreciate that's taking things to the extreme. So maybe post the correspondence and then we will see the real picture from both sides? And pass appropriate judgement with full context.

Exactly.
Even if it's not something extreme as CP but still something illegal such as phishing, hacking or something serious enough to get the police involved, the best action for the host is to suspend ALL accounts and pass on any customer info to the police. That's how they stay in business and not go to court over an insignificant sum of money like just 1 year server payment.

@AnthonySmith
I have already used their service for 1 year with the same configuration and amount, which gives me the confidence to buy another one with full payment.
If that is true, then they must show us the document. They can also give me time to remove that.
@AnthonySmith Nothing's Hosted related to Cp ,
Sir, please use your time productively rather than wasting it on trivial matters.
Actually legally they can't give you it or give you access, you generally don't give the source of the crime the evidence that may lead to a conviction if them having advance access to it could impact the outcome of a prosecution.
You don't give a hacker access to their computer to remove the evidence.
From experience here is what probably happened.
Service was compromised, service was used for something criminal, police got a recognised legal order from a court local to the service, host received it, the order instructed them to remove your access and preserve evidence, police will be along shortly to clone your servers for forensic analysis, police will insist you are not given full details and will leave the host to make a decision on future services.
Or , they just messed up from start to finish and hate paying customers.
Putting your anger to one side, which do you think is most likely?
