Considering the energy/petrol crisis kicking-in, they will not come any time soon. You still have the nice & cheap offers from TierHive.com if you want to play with NAT VPS!
RAM and gasoline prices will keep us busy for a while; in the meantime, you have to take what you can get and also make use of older, still available offers.
I can't speak for everyone, but I know that I have postponed any hardware builds until things stabilize at lower price points. It's just not worth spending $500-1000 more per physical server just to lease it out for pennies on the dollar.

Same here. I was planning to upgrade my home server but postponed that indefinitely due to "costs"...
Tierhive is impressively cheap -- I'm not sure what more of a "deal" you're looking for.
In 9+ years in business with SporeStack, I've never offered a "deal." I completely understand why someone would want servers for cheaper, but in general I'm not a big fan of offering sales. Except in cases like produce starting to go bad in the grocery store.
Slow Servers IPv6-native VPSs hosted on OpenBSD's VMM in Spokane, WA, USA. (I racked these.) (Now with IPv4!) SporeStack Resold Vultr VPS/baremetal, DO, and a whitelabeled brand in Europe. KYC-free, simple to launch. (I didn't rack these.) Neither have low end pricing!

Ram prices are still going to be high for a while there's still billions of commit for ram and ram company's are purposely keeping production low
That's a mischaracterization. All production is at capacity. Demand is simply outstripping supply. It's not like some evil industrialists are idling factories to keep prices high, they are busy making bank, running all production lines at 100%. DRAM supply is further limited by production prioritizing other high margin memory types.

The elevated price happened because the big cloud is announcing they are going to build lots of capacity. Most prominently, Sam Altman who signed LoI locking 40% of global dram wafer supply as he went to Seoul. But, Altman decide not to, so upstream is now forcing everyone to sign multi-year contract with upfront payment with both flooring and ceiling.
Don't misinterpret big clouds Q1 2026 capex increase as a sign of growth. It's because the input costs — the commodity hardware pricing rise up — and they have put disclaimer.
These industrialist knows that if they don't locked in pricing, the prices will slowly fall again.

So "announcing" means: RAM not yet produced is bought for servers not yet assembled to fill datacenters not yet built
Yes. RAM prices spiked up because future supply may not exist because of projected deployment. But, it doesn't happen at the pace described by the hyperscaler and the AI JVs.
To this date, I consider this as smoke and mirror, fake it until you make it at huge scale that has real life consequences. Considering the sanguineous relationship between these companies, circular deal, same shareholders, etc. There should be anti-trust investigation.

Probably when RAM and NVME will be at the price of ..... October 2025.
Now it is ~x3-x4 of that so............. well, not know

And sincerely, there are some good deals here. Good compared to whatever is going around in the industry.
If you wish killer deals, well, might take a while for some to do that.
