Yes, after being offline for 17 weeks, 1 day, 9 hours and 18 minutes, TYOC007 is back online!
However, @VirMach does not appear to have resolved the control panel issue with TYOC007 yet; the VPS cannot be accessed via the control panel, and the status is shown as ‘undefined’.

Update: The service period for TYOC007 has been extended by four months.
Virmach simply runs on the cicada methodology. You might get a couple of good seasons, you might not see again while they're dormant for 17 years. Who knows?!

My VPS servers have been down for several months now; one of them will have been offline for a full year by May. Please move them to any location in the U.S. The data they contained no longer matters. PLEASE.
I was able to login yesterday after the "under maintenance" before that.
And things did seem to be much better.
(before that it kept wanting to re-login me and 'check you are human' every couple of minutes)
So it did seem like a good improvement.
I see it is Under Maintenance again.
But hopefully it won't be for too long.
So just retry every couple of hours and let's hope for the best!
Well, not to draw it out too much, but in bullet points:

You can eat all the vitamins and minerals you want, if the other 99% of your diet is 100% carbohydrade and undigestible protein, you're gonna have a bad time.
After 13 years, my insulin resistance was insane, I developed gout, all sorts of inflammation-related issues, hormone issues, and then my heart decided that it would be cool to play drum and base 24x7 instead of a regular beat.
Started eating meat again, went to basically eggs, meat, butter, cheese, few onions, garlic and nuts, removed all processed food, started using raw ingredients for flavour, everything is reversing, dont need gout medication much any more, heart is still screwed, final attempt to fix it later in the year all past attempts failed, feeling generally much better and weight is falling off.
tl;dr not all protein is equal, processed food is bad, fat does not make you fat.

My vps offline almost a year before back online a couple of months ago with nothing extended.
