Well, not to draw it out too much, but in bullet points:
I thought the world had gone mad. It was just me, I thought I was making a difference, I was in fact doing nothing, literally, apart from making eating out hard and getting fat.
Broccoli might have as much protein as beef, but bioavailability matters
You can eat all the vitamins and minerals you want, if the other 99% of your diet is 100% carbohydrade and undigestible protein, you're gonna have a bad time.
After 13 years, my insulin resistance was insane, I developed gout, all sorts of inflammation-related issues, hormone issues, and then my heart decided that it would be cool to play drum and base 24x7 instead of a regular beat.
Started eating meat again, went to basically eggs, meat, butter, cheese, few onions, garlic and nuts, removed all processed food, started using raw ingredients for flavour, everything is reversing, dont need gout medication much any more, heart is still screwed, final attempt to fix it later in the year all past attempts failed, feeling generally much better and weight is falling off.

Make sure you create a ticket for your case if you haven't. It'll probably take a while for it to be processed but you'll likely get another extension. I assume yours was involved in some other non-mass issue.
San Jose additional extensions weren't all completed as I (mis)remembered, they only went through for those in LAX. I've finished the new credit system and imported old logs so now everyone has eyes on what actually happened and it will make it easier to see what was missed in cases where multiple customers were affected and partially credited. You and everyone else can now view your previous service extensions we have on file by going to the "modify service" tab (although it may be moved to "billing details" later.)

It sounds like we just need to finish rolling out some version of the "secondary service" feature in a less confusing manner and hooks up with our migration system so it actually lightens workload versus having to check who opted for what. It'd be a good solution here for these cases and basically successfully fulfill its original intention of making sure everyone has a service during extended outages so I'm looking into it. The priority for these is still to just finish the original migration queue, which I'm actively working on.

That is the old status page for a third party service we used that sunsetted. It was never hosted by us, it started having issues a few months before they shut down the service. The IPv6 connectivity of TYO026 appears to have been unavailable for quite a long time (nearly a year), and it still does not seem to be restored. Could you please confirm whether this issue can be fixed or if there is any plan to restore it?
From my testing, IPv6 traffic cannot be routed beyond the gateway, which suggests a possible upstream routing issue. The traceroute result is as follows:
traceroute to google.com (2404:6800:400b:c005::64), 30 hops max, 80 byte packets

Then that's should be a reminder for any new customers - pay with PalPal and disable auto renewal instead of compromising credit card info directly as it may be exhausting and time-consuming to delete later.

I can't understand what you mean by that.
Most paying methods are traceable, so if you want to stay anonymous, maybe some crypto currency is worth trying, but vir might not support as of 2022.
But then again, your network may betray you, so you may have to use TOR, but there are numerous honey pots, not to mention browser and social engineering, which is an endless chase-and-catch race, and you are always able to say something correct.
@somik said:

Generally bad advice for what's trying to be achieved. Reported as lost/stolen or whatever doesn't prevent the card from being auto updated with the merchant, so previous charges/subscriptions can still go through. It only prevents the old number from being used for new purchases. Of course this could vary but generally how it works these days.

We could, but don't get the card details, it effectively works the same way as PayPal for the purposes you describe in this case. I think the proper solution for what you're trying to achieve in terms of online payments would just be using a virtual card service.

I'm more concerned about the logging out part. Removing cards has been enabled on and off (and it has nothing to do with the reasons people generally assume here, it's mostly related to fraud and cancellation grace periods.) There's a project that's slowly being worked on (not priority) that will hopefully finally get us to be able to properly let everyone do whatever they want without enabling bad actors to take advantage of being able to add/remove cards strategically to basically more easily use stolen cards.

I've seen your comments and almost replied to them a few times but it just takes so long to work on that server right now relative to everything else, and when I do, it just ends up getting worse.
For example, the other day when you made this comment I spent a solid 6 hours on it going through and manually fixing and checking every little thing cPanel broke when it ran an autoupdate. Previously, at least websites and everything not directly related to cPanel functioned. I got cPanel back up after manually piecing everything together to push it through small updates at a time, combed through everything, double checked, everything was going fine. I wake back up a few hours later and just cPanel running overloaded/crashed the server. Only other solution at this point is to just set things up on a new server, and migrate customers over. The server itself is relatively fine (as proven by it being more stable with cPanel having broken itself, definitely lasted way longer than like 4 hours.)
I wanted to avoid making it worse, unfortunately that has happened, so I'll try to at least get it to a semi-functional state again and just make sure I get through all the other issues so I can focus on it again, maybe finally do proper migration over to OKC.

Not so in Singapore. Last time I actually lost my physical Mastercard, they replace the existing card with a new one with different numbers. Got notified that payment failed on my subscriptions and mobile line bill payments. I had to re-add the card to my online accounts for it to be charged. Not sure how it goes for Visa, but good to know that different countries do it differently!

This one had similar issues. A group of us that have been stakeholders for more than a decade got together last year and staged a revolt against the board and removed all but the largest corporate sponsor. It is understandably hard to put a good group together when there is nothing in it for them other than a lot of hard work with zero monetary rewards. Fortunately we got lucky and found a small group of people willing to take on the legal responsibility of being board members that also have the various required talents, are selfless, honest, and can work together to serve the needs of others.
