Need server allow unlimited outgoing/incoming traffic. Cheap. Under 5 dollar month.
Can consider plan with hourly payment.

Do you really need 3333TB on 10 Gbit? or is 10TB on 1 gbit ok?
A bit of relevent scale information would help as you only have $5 to play with.
