If we have your data, you at least signed up once. And if we have more than your phone and email, you filled KYC somewhere around year ago, before we introduced top-ups and everything was post-paid.

Gnuhost changed their name to Zume, afaik it was just a namechange, no takeover or sellout.

I think we newcomers shouldnt get involved into this at all.
We can be forum for few geeks somehow expanding or we can be shrinking society of people grieving the past - but it's hard to be both.

The old drama belongs to people who lived through it, not us.
We didnt invest our time, energy, some hopes etc into a project for years and get betrayed, we cannot now what OGs here felt and what they went through

At least this is my position
Unless we personally get hit by either side and will have to choose, ofc
Until this time we should focus on making this project thrive, so our OGs can see that it all had meaning
