plan on spending 10 bucks a month at least or so. I can recommend some german providers with a good track record that are not neccessarily in the lowend sector but still affordable (think of all-inkl.com, netcup, ionos)

yeah that company is in the market since 2000 or so, have been focussed on shared hosting and built quite a good reputation
one could call that product portfolio and marketing conservative, but that probably is what makes them reliable :-)
If your budget allows, use anycast IPs across several servers in different countries. Note you may also need to set up database synchronization.
I used to work at a large company, and achieving 98-99% uptime isn't difficult, but every additional 9 after the decimal point requires a huge amount of work and money.

Yes thanks for the advice well . BuyVM offers it for free for their VPS so yeah definitely I should give it a try as well . Not sure which another providers offer it as a feature and which is the cost .
