Help with WHMCS - Negative invoices
Hello everyone from this dear forum.
I recently updated WHMCS v7 to the latest release version 8.0.4. And a very strange problem happened:
Whenever a coupon is applied, the problem occurs, the invoice has a negative value and the service is sent without receiving payment.
I've already opened a ticket on whmcs.com but I don't get answers for more than 2 days, has this problem with negative invoices ever happened to anyone? What would be the best alternative to do now?

From the looks of it, your problem is that your 80% off coupon for the 2 2GB plans is deducting more than they actually cost, hence it creating a negative (positive) balance. Fix those two lines to deduct the correct amount and it should be fixed?
The problem occurs in all invoices, it is impossible to correct manually.

I still recommend staying in WHMCS v7, the v8 version is still full of bugs.

So basically, adding discount codes (percentage) calculates the discount wrong?

True, I regret upgrading to v8 even cron jobs are not working properly when we mark the payment(with add payment option) manually.
