  From my experience their Singapore location is like OVH when they first started, poor routing in the region that causes 200ms instead of 20ms and they say nothing can be done. Maybe PNAP has better routing/carriers there now but doubtful since the routing was poor due to their low prices. I left them a year or two ago when they said nothing could be done about routing to US and back for some Aisa countries.

  Network is getting even better as well. We're currently working on some big upgrades to improve routing to some neighbouring countries in the region.

  Sine you didnt mention you project type & i see that you are a game server hoster, i recommend these options that pays by usage hours / ondemand.
  I live in indonesia, so these are based on my experience, which may not apply to you.
  All these still has SG server last i check;

  • Digital ocean

    • using as a production server (SG)
    • easy to deploy and use
    • cheaper compared to the big player, https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/calculator/
    • for testing, use my referral link get $100 credit for 60 days. referral link

  • alibaba cloud

    • have CN, IDN & SG server (using for production servers in a testing phase capacity for 1+ year now on CN, JKT & SG nodes)
    • Cheap-ish (compared to AWS, Azure, GCloud)
    • CN friendly networks (one of my reason to try it)
    • Not for beginners,
    • little support & confusing documentation
    • dont use your CC for payment, heard bad things, you have been warned

  • AWS + best documentation for most project.
    + gold standard
    - expensive, no longer using (replaced by DO + alibaba cloud)

  • Linode MS AZURE & GCloud - one of my top contenders list to replace AWS
