Service Ticket #393230
I haven’t received a response to this ticket, but last night I received an invoice for my suspended Japanese VPS. I suspect you may have manually triggered the invoice again (Invoice #1725060), so I proceeded to make the payment immediately. However, even after payment, my VPS remains suspended and has not been restored to normal operation!
I also have another issue: the control panel for my other Dutch VPS appears normal, but it cannot access the external network and is unusable. IP: 89.213.180.123April 24-
guigengI paid the bill, and the payment was successfully deducted, but the bill still shows as unpaid. I submitted a support ticket over a month ago, and it still shows as pending processing. My service has been suspended and deleted.
