You need to either downfload cert file (via sftp) either copy/paste cert files content and save it to your computer (and then import it to your OpenVPN client). Second part isn't that ideal as some blank spaces or something may cause issue, so the …

(Quote) Send the ticket, be calm, don't lie... and if you want to speed up process send all required info/documentation to prove that you're legit user. That's the best advice one can give you I believe. @VirMach said that they don't suspend accoun…

(Quote) But currect user isn't his client. It's not in business relationship with him but with the "reseller". The only logic thing here would be for this current user to complain to a person he purcased service from.

(Quote) But you're not his customer, you never purchased service from him, never agreed with his terms of service and that's the problem. In post above he explained you how to become his legit customer. It may cost you something but that's more or l…

(Quote) Problem here is that you purchased service from "someone else" and you're in business relationship with this "someone else" not with host. You didn't agree with Terms of Services (TOS) from hosting company and as such you…

(Quote) He said something like that he's willing to pay $25 for resolving issue and staying as client, but in this case $25 payment for host to look into this matter don't guarantee that he will be able to keep server, so he may lose additional mone…

(Quote) Technically looking, scalpers are the one's who broke TOS not end users. But it doesn't mean that end users aren't problem. They are because they didn't even accept TOS in first place and host just can't afford to have that - clients who did…

(Quote) I think that he's talking about rather limiting scalpers to not being able to resell services and while that's good thought it's almost impossible to enforce it and anyhow limit resellers upfront. End users are in some way fu**ed twice here…

Why would you do that? (I know that you're just kidding and/or it's said just rhetorically, but still..., to continue my thoughts about this issue) Host made a mistake, most likely unintentionally, it sucks, but they also offered nice compensation …

Yes, but for personal website I see even less reasons to pay for control panel license that much ( $27.5 Yearly for 1 user license + you're paying for VPS aynway) as there are nice, actively developed free control panels. But to each his own, of cou…

(Quote) Yes, but you have most likely more than one website correct? I am not stopping you to try it of course but I would suggest for personal websites something like hestiacp. It's free, stable, nice, actively developed and you can create as many…

(Quote) That's price for just 1 hosting account account, so imho not that nice.

(Quote) No, that's not condition to register .se domain. Anyone can register a .se or .nu domain provided it is available and does not appear on The Swedish Internet Foundation’s block list. I registered .se with netim.com the same as I would regist…

So far I haven't received from loopia any request. Maybe it's just random check? I am not from Sweden but I have with them one .se domain I registered in 2008.

It's okay. I believe it can be annoying, but then again ... I never felt like I want to enter my real phone number in domain ownership form, so all my domains contain unexisting phone number. Even those behind private whois.

(Quote) Do you have IPv6 address listed in your SolusVM (or client area VPS management) or it just appeared in the interface after the network reconfiguration.
-
FFME007 doesn't seems IPv6 ready or is it? I don't see IPv6 under client area, SolusVM network or VPS interface (apart from my IPv6 tunnel setup).

(Quote) Wait, Frankfurt have native IPv6 already? I use with both NL and DE Route48 IPv6 tunnel, so in case there's native IPv6 already I didn't even realize...

(Quote) Try with transaction ID, order number, ticket number or something what can identify you to them. They don't have a crystal ball and order date doesn't tell them who you are to refund you.

Yeah, he said at the other forum that they rented some subnets from c1v.

Kubbur downfall most likely. They used Path Network.

@willie I set up route48 IPv6 tunnel on my virmach VPSes for IRC and it work flawlessly (after I requested from tunnelbroker to unblock irc). You get /48 and possibility to set up own vhosts.

No one like f***ups, but extending server renewal date up to 1 year is actually generous offer.

(Quote) That's ... not very optimistic. Let's add another zero to the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. 420 nevermind, @rogerwilco already did it :) (i am not competing anyway, just wondering how close/far I am)

(Quote) Seems fine after the reboot.

(Quote) Nothing in "Network Status". It seems like they haven' notice it yet :) Opening support ticket with @VirMach require more steps than filling out life insurance form.

Any happy FFME007 (german node) VPS user around? Is your VPS up? My died around 2 hours ago and SolusVM says (on Boot): An error occurred processing your request. The host is currently unavailable. Please try again later

(Quote) Quick update on 4.10.2022 deadline (as that's right thing to do). I was curious how will things play out today without much faith in them, but miraculously after one month and one week IPv6 started to work. ping.pe (with slow 20s interval)…
