Maintenance was done on the host node this vm was on, seems like AES has been enabled and now performance much better. Above details to be confirmed

Pay with confidence (Spoiler)

(Quote) 1/2 thread u mean? Maybe ok, but if 50% load of 4 vcores, better check with them (Quote) It's quite ssd, but not the well set up ones or maybe high load.

(Quote) Indeed it is, im just underwhelmed by the iops, it seems there is much improvement that can be made on the I/O department. apart from that it crunches numbers slightly better than a virmach BF vps, virmach got it right on SSD setup. will giv…

Suggest to make backups a beta feature , free out of goodwill, instead of part of advertised service. It will save Ur own ass and manage £1 expectations as well .

The performance is disappointing at the moment. CPU/iops/network are now quite bad. Will update if it (ever) improves. However the included free (tri-slot) scheduled backup works like a charm; restores just fine.

(Quote) Yes they have some network issues at the moment , it's stated somewhere in announcement But I don't have any issue

(Quote) When did that happen?

(Quote) hope someone can come up with KFS, perhaps the late bitcoin founder could have done it

ZFS not bulletproof eh?
-
Why no 64bit address?
-
CC must be laughing
-
@dahartigan very similar conclusions as well On side note KWH has new deals at 180GB SSD which is probably what this node is better for: more storage with decent CPU
-
Some hashing + ioping would be nice as well

So, more benches and more comments after 2 weeks of probing. Main website looks incomplete, does not look ready. some loose codes here and there. Virtualizor plugin in the client area is still not fixed, so its not possible to manage vps from there…

Now what's left is to Wish for the deal to come!

Tip 3: pay with confidence

(Quote) Challenge accepted mate  Normally it would be more interesting to know the cpu used, but ok I would like to apply for the 4GB hetzner for testing of webpanel, and of course lots of benching

(Quote) Welcome onboard sir! Start this year with some smashing deals

(Quote) free stuff is good, i'm a fan of NVMe when it comes to benching and newfound love for hetzner. however day job is catching up; will just satisfy my cravings looking at numbers from members whom got it
