What were the best VPS offers for under $10 (or even under $12) per year this Black Friday/Cyber Monday? Or, in fact, anytime over the last four months or so.

Preferably, excluding offers that were gone within minutes. In other words, offers that were reasonably available to most who were interested in signing up.

And the follow up is what are the best VPS offers for under $10/$12 per year currently available now?
