Merry Christmas. You didn't mention the port speed here but I suppose a server with this processor generation is conencted with 1GBit/s as mentioned on your website and not 2.5GBit/s like the new Epyc Genoa, is it correct?

You're doing everything just right if it's a decent deal. I doubt anybody else here could hesitate.

Why don't you use it as a service then if you only need to access it infrequently? I'd favor developing more customizations for as a service offers than everybody hosting its own instance. It'll be difficult to balance the gpu usage.

This is a very decent offer and also on their new Raid-10 system (all Epycs are Raid-10 afaik). Unfortunately, a 3 year commitment, thus I'm out, but definitvely worth its price.
