I picked up a small plan yesterday. Everything seems to work as intended.

I figure since it's free I may as well pick up one of these as well. However, I don't seem able to order the package using my current client credentials.

When I enter my credentials into the form it reads: "Please correct the following errors before continuing:

Login Details Incorrect. Please try again."

Further testing shows that I cannot enter my client credentials to login on any form on your website (I tried in 3x locations),I can only.login by clicking the link in the Welcome email.

If I login via the client email link, I still get the same results from the order page. It tells me that my credentials are incorrect.

Two possibilities make the most sense:

1. You signed up on Sunday, and something needs to be approved or activated manually;
2. Reseller and shared plans must have separate accounts (unsure why).

Just in case, the order I placed is also pending at the moment.

I attempted to open a ticket via the panel. After submitting the form a page popped up indicating "maintenance mode" and I was unable to open a ticket.

If your domain isn't linked to our nameservers for more than 90 days, we'll deactivate your hosting account.

I am happy to specify another domain but not the domain I control, it would be too much trying to transfer all the records etc.

Fine print is usually worth reading

I believe you can go to /evo/user/domains ("Domain Management" in DirectAdmin), add another domain and then click "Set as default".
Then add Dewlance nameservers for that domain.

Sorry to keep bothering you, I'm just in the same boat as msatt — I have a mix of my nameservers and HE.net. All that configured manually years ago.

So the info above is outdated or it would be better to switch to another domain, just to stay on the safe side?
