Edit: Hadn't loaded your image, sorry. I'm not sure in your case since it was supposed to have been done already. I'm assuming you have checked from multiple dns servers in case yours is one of those weird providers that ignores cache times and jsut seemingly randomly updates when they feel like it?

You can click edit after its in cart or use the direct link if you really wanted to do more specific intervals. We do also have code to make it go in intervals on WHMCS but we probably won't use it.

I wrote that I have a backup, and the data can be reset, which means that the data on the vps can not be used now. It is about to expire and I hope to renew it. Maybe I did not express it clearly. Hope my service can be restored soon
Anyone notice if SJC2005 just went offline? My VPS crashed during an apt-get upgrade and I half remember something like that happening before and it was the whole node going out. I haven't yet tried rebooting through control panel but will attempt this.
@willie - I don't see anything on VirMach's network status page regarding SJCZ005, so I think it would be a good idea to try and reboot your VM. I don't know how big your VM is, but maybe it just ran out of memory during the apt-get upgrade.

I was really disappointed when this happened when I first purchased a private transaction vps. I want to say that the terms of service are often format terms. As a user, I generally don't look at it, pay attention, and choose the product. Or the service price, if it meets my needs, I will place an order. If there is an obvious warning on the official website that the account is forbidden to trade privately, I will not make this mistake, and then risk the risk of being banned to renew, and then spend another $50. buy vps. I hope to resume my service, because I feel that the vir meets my expectations, so I continue to renew and purchase new services.

I hope that you will not keep attempting to post the same issue over and over expecting that you will get a different response. I expect you will not. Scared me there, luckily it's just you.
I don't know anything about your specific case obviously but that seems to usually happen if you run out of memory. Or at least its the most common reason for a crash during apt upgrade.

I have a similar experiences with my VM from node FFME003. Looks like a "heavy" network related issue.
