For my "dicky ticker", I have had a couple of cheapo 'smart health watches' where the readings I only took as a rough indicator. I also have a pharmacy-purchased blood pressure arm-based meter.

I use hybrid on my own VPSes and whatever is set for MXRoute/OnePoundEmail i.e I don't change from the provider's default.
