I just found my account is banned from purchasing service or sending tickect. I 've never abused or violated TOS.
I heard some people say you marked multi-accounts holders as "not in good stading".so am I too?
Or because I used VPN? In 2021 you added capture verify，If I don't use VPN, I even couldn't login in. And after that I use VPN because you know,I'm in China, I used to using it while I'm online to visit youtube/twitter.
