Than google can issue they free SSL certificate.
The services of Google are not intended for humans, if some had a chance to try them:
to make the order takes from whole day till 3 days for the new commer at google.com.
After the order is made the google does not issue the order, but charge the card instead.
No new commer thinks about the "SSL certificate".
SSL is an additional useless expence for web site owners all over internet.
This expense, SSl certificate, costs from 6 till120 EUR annually for 1 domain, depending upon luck.
The cheapest 1 year certificate is FastSSL brand, about 6-10 EUR/USD annually.
FastSSL are located in South Africa and declare no monetory protection for securing the SSL service.
Let's encrypt is free for 90 days. Similarly, they promise zero compensation in case of breach of SSL script.
SSL for the web shop requires additinal 50-120EUR annually, depending upon luck for sure.
The problem, 99% of SSL traders are unable to explain, what and which SSL is needed for the web site.

The US cloudfalre LLC provideed explantions , what they secure for 20.00EUR/month, to noone.

IMHO, cloudflare made internet much slower for each their user and added anonymity instead of the security. A big company can win millons for such "security" from cloudflare llc.
The offers of this provider became more attractive for engineers, with compettitive tariffs

Stripe.com is the UK payment processor, which uses SEPA.
Germany own SEPA payment system for the commercial banks.
Where is SEPA method of payment against invoice for the europeans?
