This offer is invalid on any plans purchased beforehand unfortunately
The offer of 3 months looks very competitive within the "distance" of <10ms of Northern Germany.
It means the new user, located in the distance of ~1000 km around Germany, in France, for instance,
does not feel the difference, after the connection is established, between the management of own computer and the VPS.
Its not necessarily to compare this offer with the google llc VPS offers, where the tech data and the prices are the least attractive in the world in 2023. May be the Egyptian and Swidesh global providers offer the similar expensive hosting solutions.
What is absent?
The mising assumption: "full root is granted" ;
the tech data of the performace ;
the payment methods.
The tech data of the performace looks essential for the user, if the hosting provider wants money for 3 consequent months minimum.
The suspecious or indefinite payment methods forced me to look the other offers in 9 of 10 casual proposals of th hosting providers for the last 2 years.

With a VPS, there is the assumption of full root access, which is standard.
You can also pay monthly for the VPS, it is just over the LES max price rule.
